Developer Happyworm / Founder Hyperaudio Inc

Although based in Italy, Mark Boas makes up half of the Scottish company Happyworm - his role there is to play about with web based media. He also coordinates the development of jPlayer - an open source JS media library and helps companies such as Al Jazeera, the BBC and WNYC do new things on the web. As a Knight-Mozilla OpenNews fellow, 2012 was spent working closely with global news organisations.

Recently Mark founded Hyperaudio Inc. - a non-profit organisation dedicated to making both audio and video first class citizens of the web.

In his spare time Mark grows vegetables, brews beer and appreciates a good remix.
